Don't Panic, It's Called An Impasse

thesentimentalist

I’m getting better, I tell you
I’m getting better
My life is less broken
Than the pieces you left behind
I lost faith, I promise you
I lost faith
In the meaning behind your smile
And the hope in your caress
Eventually I’ll accept
That some things cannot be overcome
Some times you can never let go
Some feelings never fade
And that it’s better to leave them
Buried in your heart
Than risk bleeding out

Great Expectations by Charles Dickens  (via loveage-moondream)

It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold; when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade

This just exemplifies trail runs to me. If you haven’t done one - please find a place to do it - don’t wear the gamin, don’t worry about the time - be a child again. Explore, run as fast as you can, run as slow as you want - jump onto rocks, slide down banks - just live. Show yourself what running can really bring - that primal happiness that can only be found in nature.

That looks so fun..
